These terms govern your use of this website and any mentorship or coaching services you book through it ("the Services"). By booking a call or paying for the Services, you agree to these terms.

The Stand Fast Call is booked via Calendly and free to attend. Fees for any paid mentorship are agreed separately during or after the Stand Fast Call and confirmed in writing. Payment is due as specified in that written confirmation. We accept payments through standard secure providers.
The free call can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time before the booked slot.
Paid mentorship. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from the date of contract to cancel without giving a reason. If you request that the Services begin within that 14-day window, you expressly agree that:
Once the mentorship period has begun and sessions have been delivered, fees for sessions already provided are non-refundable. Sessions you book and miss without 24 hours' notice are forfeited.
All materials, frameworks, templates, and content I provide (including "The Stand Fast Method", "Mind / Body / Output", and any documents or recordings) remain my intellectual property. You may use them for your personal development. You may not republish, resell, or rebrand them as your own.
Anything you share with me during the Services is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. I expect the same in return regarding any non-public material I share with you.
The Services provide guidance, frameworks, and accountability. They do not guarantee any specific outcome — financial, physical, romantic, professional, or otherwise. Your results depend on your circumstances, effort, and consistency. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional for advice in those areas.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you have actually paid me in the 12 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative loss (including lost profits or lost opportunity).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The site uses third-party tools including Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (content delivery). Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms.
I may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
