This policy explains what personal data I collect when you use this website or book a call, why I collect it, who I share it with, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

I use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run the business. Each is a "data processor" acting on my instructions:

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (e.g. in the US). Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with advertising networks.

7. Cookies

This site itself does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party tools (such as Calendly when you open the booking widget) may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to me, please email hello@theaceone.com and I will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting existing contacts will be communicated by email.
